MiNGO, started in March 2004 by Michaels Cronan and Tocchini, prides itself on the quality presentation of local, sustainably-produced food and a cohesive staff who excels at their jobs and has fun at the same time. With industrial-mod garage doors that stretch the length of the dining room, guests can enjoy both the energy of the dining room as well as the beauty of the Beaverton Round's central piazza. All summer long the restaurant offers outside tables with the Round's fountain as a backdrop, making for a wonderful al fresco dining experience.
