Ponzi Vineyards, just 30 minutes from downtown Portland, was founded in 1970 by the Ponzi family. With a spirit of adventure and a passion for crafting world-class Pinot Noir and other cool-climate varietals, Ponzi continues to set the standard for Oregon wine, and is internationally acclaimed for producing some of the world's finest Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and White Riesling. Visitors may taste current wines and stroll one of the region's oldest vineyards, which is LIVE Certified, the world's highest standard for sustainable viticulture. A variety of custom tour packages are available by appointment. Enjoy the winery's lawn, patio and bocce ball court areas during the summer months. Ponzi Vineyards also features an elegant private event space, perfect for special occasions. Ponzi’s tasting room is open daily, 10am-5pm.
