World Forestry Center Discovery Museum
World Forestry Center Discovery Museum, located in Portland's beautiful Washington Park, offers hands-on, interactive exhibits that are fun for the whole family. Visitors can get harnessed in and hoisted up 45 feet for a bird's eye view of the forest, or take a wet-free raft ride in Class IV rapids. Video journeys to Siberia, China, South Africa and Brazil engage visitors to learn about forests and trees of the world. The gift store is filled with unique items.
